Geospatial Data Accuracy & Disclaimer Statement

Expected Accuracy

Geospatial deliverables produced by Confluent Drone Services typically achieve ±2–4 cm vertical RMSE and ±3–5 cm horizontal RMSE when flown with OPUS post-processed ground control and PPK trajectory correction. Accuracy is reported per ASPRS Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data. Actual accuracy may vary based on terrain complexity, vegetation density, ground control distribution, and environmental conditions.

Scope of Services
Deliverables produced by Confluent Drone Services are not intended to serve as, nor should they be used as a substitute for, a licensed professional land survey. Data products are suitable for planning, design support, and construction management applications. Clients requiring legally binding survey documents should engage a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.

Deliverable Compatibility
All geospatial deliverables are produced in industry-standard formats and coordinate systems suitable for direct integration into engineering and design workflows. Deliverables are available for independent accuracy validation or certification by a licensed Professional Land Surveyor upon client request.
