Geospatial Data Accuracy & Disclaimer Statement

Confluent Drone Services provides geospatial data acquisition and mapping products, including aerial intelligence solutions for various applications.

Expected Accuracy

±0.10 ft (3 cm) horizontal, ±0.15 ft (5 cm) vertical RMSE, based on RTK-corrected LiDAR acquisition with ground control validation. Accuracy is reported per ASPRS Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data (2023). Actual accuracy may vary based on terrain, vegetation density, and environmental conditions.

Deliverable Compatibility

All geospatial deliverables are produced in industry-standard formats and coordinate systems suitable for direct integration into engineering and design workflows. Our data products are ready for independent accuracy validation or certification by a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) upon client request, ensuring they can be effectively used in building inspections and construction progress monitoring.

Scope of Services

Our deliverables are not intended to serve as, nor should they be used as a substitute for, a licensed professional land survey. Data products are suitable for planning, design support, and construction management applications. Clients requiring survey-grade legal documents should engage a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).
